I’l tell you about what the basic four Keys of Disney management is.
1. Values.
The success of Disney was back uped by Walt disney‘s mind. It could be explained four values. The first value is dream.
1) Dream `Realize the dreams of all people`
Walt disney made his dream to be the vision of enterprise, by transmitting it vividly, employees participate it as they dreamed. Of course, instead of just using his idea for production, employees were able to provide their ideas freely to the project. In this background, there is a system that allows employees to access easily to managers their own ideas. Disney, as far as ideas, class structure was ignored. An example is ‘Gong show’. It is an event that anyone have an idea can deliver it to the top managers officially, and participants express their opinion about the idea straightly.
2 ) Faith `Live as you believe`
